Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery areas

Delivery is available in areas served by Icona’s 18 shops in Sierra Leone, subject to support confirming the exact address and route. COD is more limited and is generally available within approximately 7 km of one of the 18 shops. Contact support if you are unsure whether an address is covered.

Charge and timing

The current delivery rate is SLE 30 per kilometre. Support will calculate and confirm the total charge and route basis before dispatch. Normal delivery takes about 3 business days after the order, address, payment arrangement and delivery charge are confirmed. Sundays and public holidays are not normal delivery days.

Branch collection and receiving an order

Branch collection may be arranged through support. Wait for confirmation that the item is ready before travelling. Provide a working phone number, full address and useful directions or landmarks. The delivery person will call before arrival. Another person may receive the order if you approve it in advance and the person has suitable purchase or delivery proof.

COD customers may inspect the item before paying the remaining balance, subject to reasonable handling and safety requirements. Delivery does not include installation, setup or carrying a large appliance inside the home unless Icona confirms this separately.

Failed delivery

If delivery fails because no one is available or the address is incomplete, the actual stated delivery charge for that attempt may be deducted from a prepaid refund or COD advance. A second attempt costs the same delivery rate and will be confirmed before it is arranged. Contact support promptly to change an address or time.
