Amin Electrical and Electronic SL LTD (“Icona”, “we”, “us”) explains here how personal information is handled when you browse iconasalone.com, place an order, contact support, or make a delivery or warranty request.

Information we collect and why

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and directions, account details, order and product information, payment status, support messages and warranty/service records. We use this information to process orders and delivery or collection, provide support and warranty service, maintain accounts, protect the site, keep business records and meet legal obligations.

We do not ask customers to send passwords, full card numbers or card security codes to customer support. The central Google inventory sheet is for product and stock information only. Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, passwords and payment details must not be stored in that sheet.

Marketing choices

We send promotional messages only where you have opted in or another lawful basis applies. You may opt out using the method in the message or by contacting iconalondonsl@gmail.com. Order, payment, delivery and service messages may still be sent when necessary.

Sharing and security

We do not sell customer personal information. We may share only information needed with service providers who host or operate the site, process an enabled payment, deliver orders, provide support or perform warranty service. Authorized Icona order, support and finance staff may access customer information only for their duties. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law. Some providers may process information outside Sierra Leone.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information and restrict staff access. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. The site may use cookies needed for account, cart, checkout and security functions. Any analytics or advertising cookies must be explained and handled with any consent required by law.

Retention and your requests

We keep information only as long as needed for orders, accounts, warranties, disputes, required business records and legal obligations. We then delete it or remove identifying details when reasonably possible.
